By accessing or using any application or service provided by Firekite Software ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

2. Description of Services

Firekite Software provides web applications and digital tools for productivity and everyday life. We may offer free services, paid subscriptions, premium features, or ad-supported tiers depending on the product.

3. Accounts

You may need to create an account (via Google Sign-In) to use certain features. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities under your account.

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the service
• Upload malicious content or spam
• Resell or redistribute our services without permission

5. Payments and Subscriptions

If we offer paid subscriptions or premium features, payments may be processed through Stripe or another payment provider. By purchasing a paid service, you authorize the applicable charges and any recurring billing terms presented at checkout.

Cancellation, renewal, and refund terms will be described at the time of purchase or in the relevant product interface.

6. Intellectual Property

Our applications, code, design, and branding are owned by Firekite Software. Content you create within our apps remains yours. By using our services, you grant us a license to store and display your content as needed to provide the service.

7. Data and Privacy

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

8. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Firekite Software shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Sweden. Any disputes shall be resolved in Swedish courts.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
